The Basics

Summary of the issue you are facing:

Since the update to v 30.0.4, we have started to receive activity notification emails. I need to know how to turn it off. I think is a bug that keeps it turned on.
I checked the activity notification settings and are all ticked off. See attached the global settings. I checked personal settings and are the same.

All the users are receiving the below notification
