"Activities" (the lightning button) tab don't appear even after enabling the app

The issue you are facing:

I’m having a problem with my fresh Nextcloud installation. I enabled the “Activities for shared file downloads” and “Activities for shared file downloads, visible to all admins” apps in order to monitor files uploaded to the cloud. But the activity tab doesn’t appear.

Can you please be more precise and explain in detail where you’re exactly missing an activities tab.
