Activities in groupfolders

Hello,

I have a few questions about Activitess in groupfolders as explained here:

What does this sentence mean:

By default activities in groupfolders are only generated for the current user.

Who is the current user?

I’ve also set activity_use_cached_mountpoints to true so in theory people should get mails now, BUT only if they’ve logged in, after I made this change, is that correct?
