Access to contacts and calendar from mobile app

I host my own NC server, I have the desktop and IOS apps working well with NC in Windows explorer folder structure, syncs as it should, I have file access and password access with IOS apps. Is there a way to sync contacts and calendar with IOS? I imported them when I installed using my W10 PC, but if I add a contact from iPhone, or add an event in my calendar I will have to manually add to NC.

I have looked at the NC manual but it seems to only address from the PC not mobile.

Thanks, I read that but did not realize the settings app is the the iPhone settings, I was thinking Nextcloud settings…

That will surely enhance my Nextcloud usefulness!
