I need to use file share and Calendar features in my organization, which product is meet me requests？

And what’s the difference between Nextcloud and AIO?

I think you can use Nextcloud. You can create a 60 minutes test account at https://try.nextcloud.com. The password is demo. Server is https://demo1.nextcloud.com or https://demo2.nextcloud.com . Also you can find free nextcloud provider to test “file share” and “Calendar”.

AIO (Nextcloud All-in-One) is a special form for Nextcloud installation:
