Been seeing this error since switching Windows 8.1 machine over to the current MSI packaged release of the desktop app back on 3.1.3* as shown. All options fail besides “skip this version”.

As of 3.3.0 this is resolved. :+1: The issue was impacting a friend on Windows 8.1, but now it is working again!
