A new user has been created, but there is no display of the user in the talk application

I have encountered a problem that has been bothering me for a long time. The following is a screenshot of the relevant issue

Does nobody know what the problem is?

Can the official help take a look?

It depends on how you have setup your settings of NC. You have to allow either to see all, own group members only or if using circles, then circles can be active aswell.
