500 - Internal Server Error | Passwords App

I have tried several different configurations and all I keep getting is:

500 - Internal Server Error

Can you be more precise?
When do you get this error?
Is there an error from the passwords app in the Nextcloud log?
Is your setup special (LDAP, SAML, not Linux)

I get this error when I click on the Passwords app from the main page and the passwords page is loading, but nothing loads except 2 messages with the error in the upper right.

This is the only thing in the “error_log” file in the root directory for the install:

Nothing is coming up for that install in the server error logs.

This is a normal install from cPanel on FastComet shared hosting.

Just recently I am no longer getting the two errors in the corner, but the image of the screen shot at: https://mycloud.boofola.com/tech/1.jpg

I am getting this error now also whenever I click on settings, which was not happening before.
