413 Request Entity Too Large

Nextcloud version (eg, 20.0.5): 24.0.1
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 20.04): Client Ubuntu 22.04 / Server Ubuntu LTS 20.04
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): Apache
PHP version (eg, 7.4): 7.4

Hello I have issues with a newly installed client at a new installed Ubuntu 22.04 (snap version).
I always receive the error message: 413 Request Entity Too Large" for every Nextcloud Sync upload. I don’t receive any error message when I upload files via browser only when I use the nextcloud client.

Does nobody know what could be the reason when I receive error 413 for large file uploads via Nextcloud client while using apache webserver ?

Even I set the nextcloud log to 0 I don’t receive any log message when the downloads breaks.
I already set the max post and file size in php to 16GB but nothing helps to solve the issue.

An additional Information is maybe helpful. I use an nginx reverse proxy before the apache nextcloud server, but I already added clinet_max_body_size to 0.
