Nextcloud version 13 or some iteration thereof:
server OS is CloudLinux 7.6
My SQl version 10.2.22-MariaDB-cll-lve
PHP version 5.6.4
Apache Version 2.4.39
The issue you are facing:
Firstly please bear with me I’m pretty new to this.
Attempting upgrade from version 13 to 14.
Using web gui
it downloaded all the files etc but then the upgrade button didn’t do anything.
I went into the directory in the console and tried ./occ upgrade and it told me I don’t have permission.
I chmod permissions so the nextcloud directory and occ were 750.
executed ./occ upgrade and it seemed to work perfectly.
Now trying to access Nextcloud from the browser in the normal way.
In my case http://landyvlad.net/nc
give me a 403 FORBIDDEN error.
I’m out of ideas and would appreciate if anyone could guide me the right way please.
Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? Yep
