I have installed NextCloud on my own hosted site.
The default files in NC will download to my PC but my local files will not upload to the NC server (hosted on my own host and installed via Softaculous).
Upon attempts to first sync I get an error “403 Forbiddden” to “PUT Https://MySite.com/nextcloud/index.php/apps/files/Photos/filename.txt”.
When I attempt to upload via web browser I get “An unknown error has occurred”.
I suspect it is permission driven by my host, but they have been of little assistance.
Any suggestions?
PS: I am just a personal user with somewhat limited experience and skills.
