3.1.0: Favorites are displayed twice?

I have several instances of Nextcloud 13.04 installed, some of them are displaying the favorites twice on Android and some not.

What am i doing wrong?

@Andy do you remember if this was solved in 3.1 or did we plan it for 3.2?
