Running Nextcloud 21. One of my user broke his phone beyond the ability to use and had no backup codes for TOTP. I ran nextcloud.occ twofactor:disable uid totp. Figuring that was going to remove his 2 factor and let him resetup new. Now every time he tries to log in it just gives a message could not load at least one of your enabled two-factor auth methods. Please contact your admin
I have turned off the enforcement of 2fa hoping that would help but, it did not.
