1 user: better using admin or additional user account?

Hi all,

I recently installed Nextcloud on my Raspberry Pi.
I will be the only user and will link it on my phone (Android), with files, calendars and maybe contacts synchronised.
Just wondering, in this case, is it fine to use it with the admin account or would it be more advisable, in terms of security, to use it through a second user account?

Don’t use any system with the one and only Admin account. Never! Create and work with a standard user or advanced user, both with restricted rights.
