User list with using Active Directory

I have two problems.
One is that all user of active directory are not shown in user list. It is only 250 users. How to show all users?
Another one, I would like to auth each accout with active directory only. Because active directory users are 1000 over.
And also, also users are not active user. So I would like to show loginned user in user list. Is there plugin or patch?
