Upgrade Nextcloud 15 to 16 - Where is the update button?

Hello

I have this message in the backend:

Version 15.0.11
A new version is available: Nextcloud 16.0.4

But there is no update button like as described in the manual:

You should read this thread. Nextcloud 15.0.10: Button "Open Updater" missing

There are some reasons like too old php or you need to disable an app.
