thank you @tiripon this finally worked for me too! (ubuntu 20.04 running nextcloud 20.0.1).

This error has been bugging me for a week.
As advised edited the ssl.conf file restart apache. Job done no errors.

In case someone reads up to here and still has this issue try

a2enmod headers

One more time. This was it for me :man_facepalming: I was going crazy
