Signaling server behind Apache

Even if I do this in the VM I installed the signaling, I get this:
curl -i http://192.168.1.72:8080/api/v1/welcome
curl: (7) Failed to connect to 192.168.1.72 port 8080: Connection refused

It’s only works if I use curl -i http://127.0.0.1:8080/api/v1/welcome
