Setup Caldav in MacOS

Actually I was able to have macOS accept the self-signed certificate by using the following solution (MacOS, CalDAV - Unable to verify account name or password - #4 by samtuke).

Specifically:

@samtuke

Instead of “manual” select “advanced” and enter the port (443 by default for SSL) and the path explicitly (in my case /remote.php/dav/principals/users/samtuke/).
