Logged a 1000000K serious issue that somehow got tagged “Missing Information”
Had one guy trying to assist while it was active, but then dead…
This is such a serious issue that simply cant be brushed off as “missing info” issue that no one reads.
I asked what additional info that was required, but no reply

Post sits as “support: missing information:missing information”

I looked through the linked topic. You just sent the scan-link from nextcloud and your (?) IP of the setup. No description of the problem, no idea what you have set up. How is anyone supposed to help you out? For this reason it was tagged with missing information. It is then removed once there is enough information (in theory, I admit that we probably do not manage to review everything if there has been provided enough information, ideally we set up a bot to do that).

The issue template is a template, it doesn’t fit every issue and not all information is required for all topics.

No idea what you are talking about - I didnt post my ip as far as I am aware. Perhaps somehow picket up as part of posting it - I dont know.
As for providing details its all there in the “Support Intro” section.
