In the actual Nextcloud log are there are any clues as to what area of code may be triggering it? (The logs you posted appear to the container logs not the Nextcloud log). Might also be interesting to try enabling/installing all via occ.

Where would I find those? I located a nextcloud.log file inside the data directory, but it didn’t contain anything that looks like it is connected to the seg fault.

Same problem for me on 33.0.1 via docker https://hub.docker.com/\_/nextcloud/ Updating stock apps throws me into the same segmentation faults and only restarting the docker container solves it.
