Is there any way to reset the 12 word end-to-end encryption if I don’t write it down?

I lost my 12 word passphare, so how do I reset it? I use iOS.

Sorry for both of you but no; the key can not be recovered. This is the very purpose of End-to-End encryption, to be sure no one can bypasses that key. When you play with fire, there is a risk to burn yourself…

I have a simlar problem - didn`t wrote down the pass. But i doesn´t used encryption. How can i delete the encryption to get a new key to start encrypting again?

@Heracles31, I am not referring to recovering the KEY but the the mnemonic passphrase. This SHOULD BE RECOVERABLE from any device that currently has it saved per this passage on github.
