Raspberry cannot access to console the root account is locked

Good morning

I setup my ncp new. After this i change the option to static ip after this the rpi dont boot anymore.

After boot with monitor “raspberry cannot access to console the root account is locked”
And then i hit enter and the same problem.

try pi user and raspberry password

Thats the same problem as my. But i’m currently not at home thats the same error as my
