short question:
Is the use of the basic version free of charge with 8 users in one company? On my homepage I only find prices for Enterprise versions and I do not want to make any mistakes in terms of licenses.
I actually need Nextcloud just to share files.

NC is free of charge, if you don’t want or need commercial support. If you’re fine with taking your issues to this forum, you’re good to go without purchasing support. You can use a full-fledged NC instance, without paying for any license. This is, what most of us do with their local NC setups.
