Passing userid to php app

Hi, I have a generic question that I am looking for help with.

I have moved from owncloud to nextcloud, because I could not get the user.php to fetch userid of logged on user.

I have my nextcloud site at http://mysite/next and a my own php applicatation at http://mysite/myapp

What I want to do is display some of the pages from myapp as an iframe in the NC site, and for the myapp to get the current user ID.

Can someeone please help…

Hi Nextclouders, If we suppose that a user is logged in nextcloud server, and he open a new tab in his http client to execute a new application (in php for exemple) on the SAME server. And, in this application, we need to know the user id. By inspection of the mysql log we can see that a session is stored into oc_authtoken but it don’t content the cookie value, so it’s difficult to identify the user.
