### Bug description
Hi
Since the Nextcloud 28.0.5 update to Nextcloud 29.0.0, thumbnails are missing in the Photo app when you navigate in it, with the old version I didn't have this problem. The image is still displayed if clicked
In the "File" tab the thumbnails are always displayed...

### Steps to reproduce
1. go to the photo tab
2. navigate tab
3. we notice that some thumbnails are missing
### Expected behavior
Image previews are missing, it was all present on version 28.0.5 before the move to Nextcloud 29.0.0, the problem is still present on Nextcloud 29.0.2
In the File tab, the thumbnails are all displayed:
