we’ll need some logs to get to the bottom of this;
you could try to run the debugging script and post the result here, but do truncate the logs first before retrying to access the share to get the important parts…
somehow this implies some sort of permission issue around AWS… please double check that. in addition, we all know that snaps are Ubuntu-centric and thus designed to run perfectly on Ubuntu, so an AWS thing is going to get a wee bit complicated ![]()
