Thank you! I’ll be more aware of that in the future. I ended up giving up on using the Nextcloud browser interface to configure fonts, and instead uploaded the fonts to /opt/collaboraoffice/share/fonts/truetype as well as /usr/share/fonts, then doing fc-cache -vf, that did the trick.
