Migration of files of one user from one NC server to another?

Hi there,

I have been using a Docker container for my NC instance for quite some time.
The container itself works fine but makes certain things a bit problematic (e.g. updating, using LetsEncrypt, etc).
So I have created a VM on my Linux box with a clean NC installation. Migrating calendar, Links, and so on worked fine.
The only thing that bothers me are the files I stored inside the container. Is there some easy way to sync files and
directory structure from one NC installation to another NC installation via filesystem tools (e.g. rsync) ?
Can I trigger NC to rescan for new files in the data storage ?
Or do I have to go the hard way and sync everything via web interface ?
