Im trying to log in to nextcloud via make.com with a user thats pulled from an AD with LDAP. When trying to establish the connection i get the error message [404] Principal with name Docuware not found. Ive tested it with wrong credentials and i get another error so the credentials are right. Im guessing its a problem with my ldap config but i dont know what
Without providing even the most basic details about your installation and setup I’m afraid you won’t get any responses.
I too am having the same error. NC is setup to pull Active Directory credentials via LDAP. Those work fine. Users can login. But, I also get the 404 user principal name not found when trying to use Make. It DOES work if I use a Nextcloud (non-AD) account.
