This may be a regression, but the problem popped back up after upgrade to 27.1.1 from 27.0.2, see 27.1.1 - Howto Reset INVALID_HASH on .htaccess to eliminate issue in ‘Admin Overview’. I still haven’t found a simple way to tell nextcloud “I know, I changed the .htaccess, now please use the hash from its current state”. Asking nicely doesn’t seem to help either …
