Htaccesstest.txt is not created

Hello.

I’m testing Next Cloud. 10.0.0 and 10.0.1RC1.
Can anyone confirm following behavior?:

If i delete the file “htaccesstest.txt” (nextcloud/data/) the file is not automatically re-created by nextcloud.
However .htaccess file works fine.

Sorry if it should already be a bug report in the way. I have nothing comparable found by Google.

The files was deleted automatically? This should not happen. If you delete the file manually, you can’t expect that you can delete a random file and Nextcloud recreates it.
