How to install the groupfolder app?

I can’t install the groupfolder app from my NextCloud Site by app store. When I Clicked “Down and Install”,it shows " cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30001 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received (see http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)“. So I downloaded the groupfolders-5.0.4.tar.gz file from nextcloud.com , but I donot know how to install the app.
