How to export user data to JSON (by occ)?

With the latest update Deck should have an occ command to “export user data as JSON”, but I can’t seem te be able to find how this should be done.

I know it is a CLI command, which is not a problem for me, but what is its exact syntax?

@woosting regarding the guide, have a look at Using the OCC Command in Nextcloud admin docs.
