Since upgrading to version 32, we’ve lost tens of thousands of files without any trace in the logs. We also use GroupFolders and Collabora, however, it was the Versions (Version control — Nextcloud latest User Manual latest documentation) application that was deleting our files. Since disabling it, we haven’t had any more problems.
