Not sure if that’s really necessary. On all the major Linux distros, “normal” users switching from Windows usually have a compatible keychain pre-installed, and if you install the Nextcloud client from the distro repos, it will just work out of the box.
Then, of course, there are the “specialists” who customize and de-bloat their distro, or who use more minimalistic DEs or window managers, but those power users usually know exactly what they’re doing, don’t they?
But hey, I guess such a feature wouldn’t hurt either, so why not open a feature request on GitHub…?
In theory yes. Actually, to be honest I had my own issues with the client in stock ZorinOS, and was a smidge bewildered before I realized what was going on.
Just throwing some napkin logic here before I decide the worth of making an official request.
