Empty available app list except those already installed and broken workflow in 14.0.3

Nextcloud version (eg, 12.0.2) : 14.0.3
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 17.04) : Ubuntu 16.04
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25) : Apache 2.4.18
PHP version (eg, 7.1) : 7.0.32

Love nextcloud. After having upgraded to 14.0.3, No available apps show up in the app list, except those already installed. Saying: No apps found for your version. Is it the right behavior? If so, it seems a bit earlier to roll out 14.0.3. Should’v chose the production channel. I particularly miss the files_access_control app. Without it, the workflow is broken.

Somehow I cannot retrieve anything from app store. I have to manually download apps and install them. This way, I was able to install the newest version of files_accesscontrol. Workflow is working now.

Is your NC notifications/rings well on mobile? How did you install apps which wasn’t listed? Could you provide step-by-step instruction please?
