Disabling richdocuments

Another issue I am having is after I install the office add on the server becomes useless. I read somewhere in a chain here that I can “disabling rich documents may help” but i can not seem to find out how to do that Can someone please tell me how to do this. Thank you

The App named Nextcloud Office has the app-id richdocuments

(you can find out with nc-apps)

So “disabling richdocuments” is done with occ this way:

occ app:disable richdocuments

But as you wrote:

but an app called “office add on” does not exist. There is

• ONLYOFFICE - onlyoffice

• Office Online integration - officeonline

• Nextcloud Office - richdocuments

So you should first get a precise overview of which app you want to install exactly, because the installation is not that profane, some backends may have to be installed
