@u1612361: As @Jabahosting has mentioned, your better option is to try out the new decrypt-all-files.php script which is easier to use than the previous solution.
nextcloud/encryption-recovery-tools saved me from a 90GB headache, got a copy of the data folder secret key and ran the script and i have everything back.
