I don’t read all posts but the title and first post is correct.
Getting support is often not easy and a lot of things are unanswered here in the forum. I wrote about a similar problem here before: Nextcloud Quality and Release-Cycles - #62 by jtr
From my point of view, there is nothing but chaos in the issues on Github. Far too many open tickets, duplicate requests and important errors that are reported are lost and not processed for months. It’s really no fun anymore and I hardly help anymore because it no longer has any structure. Sorry. Otherwise I would be happy to help again, even to support users who have little knowledge.
