Bei update von 24.0.7 auf 25.0.1 erscheint bei mir "Bad request"

Wenn ich versuche von 24.0.7 auf 25.0.1 upzudaten, erscheint bei mir “Bad request”.
Es läuft bei mir auf einem Proxmox Server.
General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away
Irgendwie gibt es kein Zugriff auf die Datenbank, soweit ich das verstanden habe. Erst nach dem Update auf 25.0.1
Wenn ich die Config.php lösche, fragt er mich nach einer neuen Datenbank. Wenn ich es nicht lösche kommt Bad Request.
Bis jetzt hatte ich nie Probleme bei updates.

Schade, dass niemand weiß, was man da tun kann. Ich habe jetzt genau das gleiche Problem. Ist auch bei GitHub schon ähnlich lange bekannt. Ebenfalls ohne weitere Erkenntnisse. Mein Nextcloud ist jetzt erstmal offline, dann haben wir eben keinen Kalender und keine Videokonferenzen mehr. Der Web-Updater gibt zwar an, ein Backup zu machen, aber das scheint bei näherem Hinsehen äußerst lückenhaft zu sein, also nicht zu gebrauchen. Und es ist auch nirgends dokumentiert, wie man von diesem Backup Gebrauch machen kann. Vollautomatisiert ins Verderben, und dann allein gelassen, das ist toll!

The broke instance can be rescued by

logging in to the server on the shell (e.g. ssh)

becoming the user Nextcloud runs as (often the web server user)

changing to the Nextcloud installation directory

and invoking php occ upgrade and possibly php occ app:update --all (this wasn’t needed for me)

Für dich scheint es offensichtlich zu sein. Du kopierst mir den Text von Github. Ich habe aber keine Ahnung von Linux.
Ich hab höchstens “apt update” und “apt upgrade” geschrieben.
Was heisst invoking php occ upgrade?

Im Handbuch steht was vom manuellen starten mit dem Befehl:
sudo -u www-data php occ upgrade

Wenn ich das tippe steht bei mir “Could not open input file: occ”

Tut mir leid, ich gehe immer von einem gewissen Grundwissen aus, wenn man Nextcloud selbst administriert.
Grundsätzlich etwas schwierig dir zu helfen, da kaum Angaben zu deinem System vorhanden sind. Generell musst du uns nextcloud Verzeichnis wechseln, damit du occ ausführen kannst. Also „cd /your/path/to/nextcloud“. Deiner Fehlermeldung nach vermutlich „cd /var/www/html“. Dort dann den occ Befehl ausführen.

Hat es etwas damit zutun, dass ich mich mit root einlogge?
Ich sehe nur den Inhalt vom root ordner. Ich soll ins verzeichniss var/www/html wo mein nextcloud installiert ist.
Läuft bei mir auf Proxmox

Versuch mal diesen Befehl.

Über „sudo -u www-data“ wird der nachfolgende Befehl (also php occ…) unter dem Benutzer „www-data“ ausgeführt. Von daher ist es ok, dass du jetzt Root bist. (Falls dein Webserver unter einem anderen Benutzer läuft musst du das halt ersetzen)

Ich danke dir. Jetzt hat es funktioniert. Ich musste ins Nextcloud Verzeichniss.
Es war so einfach
