After upgrade from 28 to 29 I have "Data directory and your files are probably accessible from the Internet"

Something seems to have caused a value to be added to my trusted_domains that triggered this error again. Perhaps it was the update to 29.0.3? I’m not sure, just noticed it in the console after rebooting my server today. I now have something like:

# grep -A 5 -i trusted_domains config/config.php
  'trusted_domains' =>
  array (
    0 => 'example.com:443',
    1 => 'example.com',
  ),
);

OK, can confirm the following after updating to 29.0.4:

• An additional entry has been added to my trusted_domains. My config now looks like the above again, which I guess isn’t ideal since I had it set more restrictively before the update.
• After removing the extra entry in trusted_domains again, the .htaccess related error message is once again gone from my NC admin console.
