After Update to NC17 plain text editor missing

Confusing. They weren’t even disabled at all…? I couldn’t find files_texteditor, though. It is sorely needed. What’s its “human readable” name? At least there’s no option in the menu of text files to edit as plain text anymore, so it doesn’t seem to be enabled.
