After update to 31.0.2 upgrade needed

Based on the Issue described in the libresign app’s repository, updating that app should fix this matter:

Database Migration Error

I'm running Nextcloud using the AIO docker image, AIO version 10.11.0, NC versio…n 30.0.8. Upon attempting to update LibreSign, I was met with this error ``` Database error when running migration 12000Date20250325155910 for app libresign /appdata_ocnzcurp09au/libresign/backup-table-libresign_file_Version12000Date20250325143340.csv ``` NC then got stuck in maintenance mode and running `occ upgrade` did not resolve the issue. After running `occ app:delete libresign` and `occ config:app:delete libresign`, then `occ maintenance:mode --off` I was able to use NC again as normal. However, attempting to re-install still gave the same error. Everything else appears to be running normally and several other apps updated without issue, leading me to believe it is an issue with the update.
