There is virtually no documentation on which rights need to be granted from Zammad to Nextcloud, actually the only mention of the required rights (i found) are in a closed github issue.

The real dealbreaker for teams is that the integration seems to need the User to be an admin?! I mean most people that would need / want this integration are of access level “AGENT”, i cannot grant everyone Admin rights just to be able to enable the integration. Did i miss something, or is this “by design”?
