I’m trying to get to the files on my server but am meet with the error message above in security and setup warnings. Every time I go to files it says “This directory is unavailable, please check the logs or contact the administrator”. I have found one fix an that is to disable mod security, but since I am using a snap I don’t know how to do that(and I don’t even know if it will fix it). if you have another idea or fix please let me know for I need it fixed soon. Thanks in advance. 
I got it! sort of. I had to disable E2EE. Does anyone know what the problem is? Why is E2EE doing this and how can I fix this too enable it?

What version of Nextcloud?
Are you referring to Files via the Web interface or in one of the client apps that you’ve presumably already configured and setup e2ee with?
