When files are newly added to the cloud server (from a windows file server by other users), local copies do not seem to be automatically created on my local PC (Windows 10) via the Windows desktop client.
To force an update, either I have to
- reboot my PC
- restart the App
- enter the directory where the new files should be
Even this will often only update a portion of the files.
Often there are gigabytes and hundreds of files to update.
Forcing a manual sync does not download all new files, sometimes a few of none will be downloaded.
Any help would be appreciated.
