For a specific file name “Combination”, the Windows desktop application freezes while linking from the server.
Please provide a bit more details. What do you expect us to respond to your post?
When downloading a file named “Combination” from a Nextcloud server (Hub 10 31.0.4) using the Nextcloud desktop client (Ver3.16.4), the desktop application freezes.
It doesn’t always freeze, but there is a high probability that it will.
When downloading from a browser, almost all browser downloads freeze.
Is this unavoidable due to the specifications of the application?
@manabe
Does the number of files to sync match contents on Windows?
I am uploading to the cloud server directly via the browser.
The Windows client is in a state where there are 0 files.
It freezes when downloading from the cloud server to the Windows client to sync.
It freezes not only in the Windows app, but also when downloading from the browser.
Do you have spotify installed?
I do not have spotify installed.
If you give the file a different name, it passes without problems?
Firewall/Antivirus on the client active, on other computers do you have the same problem?
I tried giving the file a different name but it still didn’t go through.
There may be a problem with the file itself.
I tried disabling the client’s antivirus software but it still didn’t go through.
The same problem is occurring on other computers.
And other files pass?
Other files will go through.
There is a “Combination” file for each project data, and the contents are all different.
Downloading is not possible from the browser or client app.
Uploading is only possible from the client app.
Server-side, do you have any apps to check files? Antivirus again, file access control restrictions that might stumble upon this file?
If it is an issue client side, can you up-/download this file via sftp or another protocol? Or try a very different computer within a completely different network.
