Windows Desktop and Snapdragon XPlus and XElite processors

Microsoft is moving Windows to Arm processors like the new Surface 7 laptop that uses the Snapdragon XPlus and XElite processors. Clearly this is the trend moving forward. On the download page it just shows as 64bit. I assume this is x86. Curious if the nextcloud Windows desktop app is compatible with these new Arm based chips?

Is there a natively compiled Windows desktop Arm app? Or if it installs will is have to run through the prism emulator?

Thank you.
