So I am using dual boot on many devices. Unfortunately it seems when Installing the client on Windows 11 it locks the folder in a way that linux can access it but not change anything. It is although possible when accessing it as sudo. It was working on Windows 10. I also tried to set the correct chown did not help. Problem only exists when the folder gets synced with the client. Any other folder is working.
So turns out the problem is not Windows 11. It is the virtual files. Disabling it removes the problem!
